If he bought a fake one and thought it was original then his intial pick had to be from amongst the fake ones, which comprise 25% or 0.25. Then he would have to make a mistake in judgment which has a probability of 15% or 0.15. Since they’re independent events, probability of both is just the product. 
.25 * .15 = .0375
